With Snazzi* DV.AVIO, consumers have everything they require to capture, create and produce entertaining videos on VCD, DVD, WMV & DivX formats. Snazzi* DV.AVIO uses professional codecs including algorithms from Main Concept and other proprietary codecs to provide exceptional video quality. With its real-time encoding technology built-in, Snazzi* DV.AVIO captures DV, MPEG-1, 2, 4, WMV & DivX in real-time. It features the industry-first of enabling DivX video to AV output. It means you can watch your SIF and full D1 DivX files on TV. The package includes a video capture board that supports input from and output to digital and analog camcorders, VCRs and TV sets. For greater convenience, Snazzi* DV.AVIO comes complete with a Break-Out-Box that moves the AV input and output connections to the front of the PC for ease of access.

With support for both digital and analog video equipment, analog camcorder owners will have the ability to capture from analog to DV-AVI high bit rate video for integration with DV video captured from the newer DV camcorders. This allows them to carry out DV based NLE editing. DV camcorder owners will have all of the benefits of DV editing, with backward compatibility for any legacy analog tapes. Finished video can be transferred to DV tape, analog VCR tape, stream over the internet, email the video or authored onto VCD or DVD disks.
